Finding the show
- Scan the QR code on the karaoke screen — it takes you straight to the show's songbook.
- Or go to the songbook site and enter the show code shown on the screen (something like MIKEP or PULSE).
Requesting a song
- Search by artist or title, pick your search type, and hit search.
- Tap the song you want, enter your name, and send it. Your request reaches the host's queue within seconds.
- Use the same name every time — the host's app remembers what you sing and even your preferred key, but only if your name matches night to night.
The rotation
- The Rotation tab shows the running order, live.
- Keep the songbook open and you'll get an on-screen notice when you're up next — and again when it's your turn.
Favorites
- Sign in to star songs as favorites — your go-to list follows you to any show.
- You can request a song straight from your favorites list.
Troubleshooting
- "Show Unavailable": the show code is wrong or the show isn't running — check the screen for the current code.
- Search does nothing: make sure a search type (artist/title) is selected before searching.
- Your request isn't appearing: the host sees requests within about 30 seconds — give it a moment, and don't resend the same song.
